Medical, Dental & Vision

  • City‑paid (Employees): For FY 2025–2026, the City pays 100% of all employee medical, dental, and vision premiums.
  • City‑paid (Dependents): For FY 2025–2026, the City pays 50% of dependent medical and 100% of dependent dental/vision premiums.

Retirement

Longevity Pay

  • After completing one (1) full fiscal year of service: $10 per month of service (paid each December).

Paid Holidays

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth (Observed), Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, ½‑day New Year’s Eve, and a Floating Holiday for your birthday (after completing 1 full year of employment).


Vacation

  • First year: Accrue leave; 80 hours granted on anniversary date
    (Ineligible to use until after completing one full year of employment)
  • 2–4 years: 3.08 hours per pay period
  • 5–9 years: 4.62 hours per pay period
  • 10+ years: 6.15 hours per pay period
  • Maximum accrual: 30 days

Sick Leave

  • Full‑time: 8 hours per month of continuous service
  • Maximum accrual: 30 days
