Make Request for Extra Patrol or Vacation Watch

Use this page to ask Teague PD for extra patrols in a specific area or a vacation watch at your home while you’re away.

When to request Extra Patrol:

  • Recurring speeding or traffic concerns
  • Suspicious activity or loitering in your neighborhood or near a business
  • Recent theft, burglary, vandalism, or trespassing
  • Specific times or locations you’d like increased visibility

When to request a Vacation Watch:

  • You’ll be out of town and want officers to drive by periodically
  • You’d like added visibility and notice of any obvious issues at your property

Emergency?
Crimes in progress or immediate threats to safety — Dial 911.

Non‑emergency requests (inside city limits):

  • Phone: (254) 739‑2553
    Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM & 2:00 PM–5:00 PM (Central), excluding holidays
  • Online: Extra Patrol / Vacation Watch Form (Below)

What to include (the more specific, the better):

  • Location (address or nearest intersection)
  • Dates & times (start/end; when issues occur or when you’ll be away)
  • Description (concern, recent incidents, patterns)
  • Property notes (lights, alarms, gates/fences, animals)
  • Contact info (your phone/email; optional but helps us follow up)
  • Emergency contact (neighbor or local contact we may reach if needed)

What to expect:

  • Your request is logged and shared with on‑duty officers.
  • Officers will increase drive‑bys/visibility as staffing and call volume allow.
  • This service is not 24/7 monitoring and not a substitute for reporting crimes in progress.
  • If we notice anything concerning, we’ll attempt to contact you or your emergency contact.

Jurisdiction note:
This page is for locations inside Teague city limits. For areas outside city limits, contact the appropriate local agency.
