Racial Profiling Law & Reports
- Texas racial profiling law (Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 2.131+) requires agencies to collect stop data and report annually by March 1 to the governing body, and to TCOLE (beginning March 1, 2011).
- Reports are submitted under Art. 2.134.
- We publish annual statistical reports consistent with TCOLE requirements.
