- Unsafe or dilapidated structures; unpermitted construction

- Persistent noise/nuisance conditions (non‑emergency)

What happens next:
A Code Enforcement Officer will review, inspect, and—if a violation is found—issue a notice with a timeframe to correct. We then re‑inspect and may take further action (citations or other remedies) if the violation is not corrected.
